Bespoke tv unit with oak panelling

Beautiful, hand-crafted solid oak slatted wall panelling suspends above the floating cabinetry with push open doors and drawers. Clean and linear in its simplistic design while also achieving the feeling of weightlessness.

The challenge in this project was, creating balance between using heavy materials with a design that looked light in appearance. This entire unit is floating 200mm off the ground, courtesy of some clever engineering.

The calming blue-grey tone of the cabinetry was customised to match the alcantara speaker covers. The final result is beautiful floating cabinetry that visually connects the space with a modern minimalist elegance.
